As a tribute to Gourmet, let's chat about food today. This weekend, we went to Tim and Abbey's beautiful apartment for lunch. They served chicken cutlets (I hadn't had them since I was a kid) and arugula salad with cremini mushrooms, Parmesan and a deliciously tangy olive-oil-lemon-and-sea-salt dressing. Then we chatted in their apartment for a few hours about everything under the sun, and I got to hold their adorable baby while he babbled along and took in the scene with his giant blue eyes.
